Bob’s Big Day at the Beach
Bob has the day off today and he’s beachbound! As much as he loves his job at the local library, he can’t wait to sit down by the ocean in the warm sun and enjoy a good book! Unfortunately, things don’t go as he had planned, but throughout the day Bob learns a very valuable lesson and even makes an unlikely new friend in the process!
The Little novice’s Great meditation
The little novice is a few days into his first stay at his local temple. He’s been very helpful and has learned a lot already! His parents are very proud of him.
This morning he helped sweep the walkways around the temple and organize the ceremonial water vessels. Now Loong Paw has called all the novices together for a brief teaching about meditation. Afterwards, a short time of practice will follow.
The little novice is very excited to practice meditation! He knows it’s going to be challenging but is very motivated. With Loong Paw’s teaching fresh in his mind he heads into the prahsession not knowing what challenges he will face but confident that with the right effort and a kind attitude he will succeed!
